- 2-4 years' experience in private equity, top-tier investment banking, or consulting - Exposure to European PE secondaries a plus though not essential for the right generalist background - Strong quantitative/modelling skills, with sound commercial acumen, and the confidence to form and defend an independent view in an IC setting - Self-starter with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach, with demonstrated leadership skills - Proficient with AI/automation tools - Fluent English; an additional European language a plus
