We take the time to get to know you. We want to understand who you are before anything else, as well as build a full picture of you: your investment philosophy and the way you operate.

We're candidate-led as much as we're client-led. If we think you're a natural fit somewhere, we'll put you in front of the right people. Our inside knowledge of the buy-side means we often see opportunities you wouldn't otherwise know were out there.

Our reputation rests on the people we recommend, so we won't put your name forward to a client until we know you well, believe the fit is right, and have your agreement.

The best client relationships we have aren't transactional. They're built on regular contact, honest intelligence, and a genuine understanding of what each firm is trying to build. 

We won't suggest a candidate until both of us have met them in person and formed a clear conviction. Where it adds value, they'll also have completed our bespoke assessment to support that judgement.

It's a deliberate approach, so a shortlist may take a little longer to reach you - but it'll be sharper for it. We're a quality-over-quantity partner, and we won't trade rigour for speed.
